Tiffany Berg is creating light pollution on my property, lighting up over 4000 sq ft of my land and upper house. I offered to pay to cover it and she stated that if I don't like it "sell". This from a local realtor in Brookings, Oregon. I gave presentations to the Planning Commission and the City Council and they have refused to address this abusive light and pass a Good Neighbor Outdoor Light Statute. States like California have a statewide ban against lights like Tiffany's. Yet, the city of Brookings refuses to address the issue! I am speaking out for such a banning of lights like Tiffany's.
